As active duty Air Force veterans and car enthusiast, their attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. They are joined  by Spencer Lamb. Spencer is Arsenal's outgoing and energetic customer service representative, as well as the shop manager. He adds a fun demeanor and a deep seated care for making sure all customers are treated like family and their vehicles leave looking perfect.
